Flash! Flash! We Bought a Home!!!!

After several long discussions as we traveled to Texas and again while traveling home, and then more discussions on our even walks around the park, we bit the bullet and told Dale and Emma Jean Cook that we'd like to bring dinner to their home tonight and talk with them about their place.  They have already moved to another location in the park so that is where we went.  Ken picked up a large Sergio's Special Pizza and I made a salad to take over.

By the time we left we had come to an agreement leaving a deposit with them toward the purchase of their double wide park model.  They are still moving items out of the place but told us it would be available next week.

So there we are -- we are the new owners of 248B.  Pictures will be forthcoming.
