Oh the wonderful things we learn via Facebook!!

Today Janet, along with Anders,

completed her 6th 10 K of the year and is now half way to her goal of completing twelve in 2016. Not only that, she took first in her age group.  WOW!  She has been participating in an exercise group called Camp Gladiator that meets each morning at 5:00 am outside unless it is raining.  After three years of doing this she is one strong and fit gal!!!

Then Bethany

posted that she had been selected as Today's Dietitian (a magazine) Registered Dietitian of the Day.  They sited an article she had written for the Detroit Free Press on 8 myths concerning vitamins which was also posted for us to read.  It is always so exciting to see our daughter's name in print or see her on TV or hear her on the radio.  So proud of her.

And earlier this week Susan posted that she had been named Teacher of the Month.

 As the head teach for the fourth grades at Reedy Creek Elementary School in Charlotte, North Carolina she puts in lots of very long hours.  We enjoy lots of stories she shares about her students -  many quite funny -- but have always known she was a top notch teacher.  Just nice to see others recognize it.  Way to go Sue!
